A donated, bilingual website for the Mills River Elementary PTO — built from scratch to replace their old Squarespace site, on the same custom PHP/MySQL stack as my Neighborhood Tools platform. It ships an English–Spanish translation pipeline with a fidelity gate that refuses meaning-drift, and hands to the volunteer board to own outright — zero lock-in. Live since July 30, 2026.
